David Ulmer

David Ulmer is the Chief Information Officer for Random Bit. David has held senior and executive management positions in the public and private sectors, with emphasis in information technology management, security, and enterprise transformation. Most recently, he served as CIO and Deputy Director for South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, but he has experience in transportation, financial services, and manufacturing/distribution. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Furman University, Greenville, SC, and Master of Business Administration from Goizueta School of Business at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where he focused on operations management. In his free time, David enjoys fishing on the South Carolina coast.
